Some of my favorite fractals are the ones mixed with photos. I've seen many mixed with stained glass in churches or backgrounds of statues.
I tried my hand at it using a statue of a Virgin Mary and colorful fractal. It didn't come out exactly as I thought, but I can keep trying.
